Quick actions on the app icon

Touch and hold the Intake icon on your Home Screen and pick a meal. Intake opens the search for that meal right away.

The menu lists the first four meals shown on Today, in the same order. If you hide or reorder meals under “Edit Today Page”, the menu changes too. Your own meals show up there with their name.
