In Settings under “Legal & Support”, “Contact” writes an email to support@getintake.de. Wishes and bugs go under “Ideas & Bugs”.

The email already lists your app version, system version, device and language at the bottom. Leave them in, it helps with the answer. Describe what you did and what happened; a screenshot often helps.
“Rate app” in the same list lets you rate Intake in the store.
